Shipping policy

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

**All international customers are responsible for checking for any customs duties/fees that may be due for parcels imported into their country from the UK **

I am so excited to announce that I can now resume shipping to SOME countries in the EU (unfortunately not all, due to packaging requirements and assiciated costs in some EU countries)! Please see "GPSR Compliance" linked below for all details. 

This means as of the 26th October 2025 I now ship to:

UK, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and United Arab Emirates.

I am also happy to announce that I have reopened shipping to the US! Please remember though that since the Tariffs have now been enforced on ALL parcels entering the US, 10% will be calculated from your orders and added at checkout for me to then prepay the tariffs to Royal Mail before posting (it will show 5% tax and 5% import duties on the checkout page, totalling the 10% needed).

Once you've placed your order, I aim to post everything within 3 working days, but this may be subject to change depending on how busy things get (I am, after all, a one woman band!). However if there are going to be any delays I will always let you know!

I offer 10% off all orders over £50. This should cover postage costs for my UK based customers, and also give everyone else a wee discount too. I originally wanted to offer automatic Free shipping for my UK based folks, and a like for like discount for everyone else, but there was no way of me separating out the locations. So this promotion is my way of giving back to everyone 😊.

*How much is postage?*

It totally depends on where in the world you are, the size of your order, and how quick you'd like things to arrive! But I've listed prices below to give you an idea!

UK postage (all 1st class):

Orders under 100g - £3.35

Orders under 250g - £3.60

I'm connected to Royal mail on the site so it should give you lots of other options to pick from such as tracked 24, and second class etc but as a rough idea, I've put the 1st class prices above.

Worldwide Postage:

(The worldwide Postage costs vary by country, but I've listed the maximum amounts below for reference)

Tracked Royal Mail Postage (recommended 5-7 working days) -

Orders up to 100g - £11

Orders up to 250g - £13.50

Orders up to 500g - £18

Untracked Royal Mail Postage (recommended 6-7 working days) -

Orders up to 100g - £5.50

Orders up to 250g - £11.50

Orders up to 500g - £17

I've popped the recommended timescales next to each postage option above, but as we all know there can sometimes be delays! If there's still no sign of your parcel within 14 working days of it being posted though, please give me a message either through the contact form, via email, or via social media, and I'll happily chase it up for you!

In the very unlikely event that you don't receive your parcel, please get in touch! Unfortunately I won't be held liable for Untracked parcels going missing, or if there have been any mistakes in the input of your address (from your side), but I will always do my best to come up with the best solution for you!
