Refund policy
Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Please see information below on how I would be happy to help if you need to enquire about refunds/returns.
Due to hygiene reasons, worn earrings are unable to be returned, however:
*In the event of any damage incurred by the courier service or faulty packaging, please get in touch with a photo within 3 days of your parcel arriving and I'll be happy to offer one of the following solutions:
- Store Credit to the value of your purchase.
- A straight replacement of the same product.
- A refund.
*In the unlikely event that you've changed your mind about your purchase, and the jewellery is UNWORN and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, please give me a wee message within 10 working days and we can organise a return of the product. Once the product has been returned and found to be in original condition, I'll be more than happy to offer a refund 😊
